workout dec 28

I think I may have a problem...a running problem. I can't stop.

About 3 weeks ago I fell off of 2in ledge at reggie lewis and really haven't been able to run since...but I have. That alter g is the ultimate running drug. Check out this workout (that I would never be able to do on the dry land at this point):

Rest depending on the interval 60sec to 3 min

I should not be allowed anywhere near this thing. It makes me feel like a real runner again.
