Why keep doing this?
Worked a half day. Worked out on treadmill because of snow storm:
Progressive 25 min warm up with last mile at 5:02.
10X400 with 90 second rest at 6:22 pace 68 67 67 67.66 66 66 65 65 64

I think I may have a problem...a running problem. I can't stop.
About 3 weeks ago I fell off of 2in ledge at reggie lewis and really haven't been able to run since...but I have. That alter g is the ultimate running drug. Check out this workout (that I would never be able to do on the dry land at this point):

I should not be allowed anywhere near this thing. It makes me feel like a real runner again.
